The staff were welcoming and attentive without being overwhelming. The food was plentiful and very well cooked. The desserts were beautiful and well presented. Not the cheapest meal, it was over 50 for 2 Sunday roasts with dessert, but the quality was worth the price. The only negatives were that we were seated in the larger room and the noise levels were high, but the smaller rooms are more quiet so we will request that next visit. Also the difficulty in parking due to the extremely small car park, and the initial meeting and greeting system where drinks are ordered as you check in, and that created a long queue outside of the building, which is uncomfortable in the cold weather and would have been unpleasant if the rain had not stopped. I would definitely recommend the North Star and go again myself.

First time visiting the North Pole. The staff were friendly and inviting. It was a lovely atmosphere. The food was delicious, especially the lamb. Will definitely be going again. Highly recommend.
