        Very difficult to get through and once through, the receptionist often sounds irate and impatient. Waited for a call back for 2 weeks and when I called again and asked them to follow up, I was told that the colleague I was waiting for only works part time and often remotely and that they'll leave a message again for next week. On the two occasions I have visited in the past 3 years to see the nurse, however, they have been friendly and efficient and I am grateful to them for this.
