Bought some outdoor cushions from Ragged Rose over a year ago and they are still as good as new. Exceptional quality. Very pleased and would highly recommend this company.

I messed up my order by ordering wrong size cushions , Dawn couldn't have been anymore helpful and understanding and despite my bombardment of questions and queries she was kind and professional all the way through. I can't recommend this company enough

Ordered some outdoor cushions off the website, they arrived in 2 days and are great quality, really nice patterns - would order again!

Really awful customer service. Cushions were a gift, costing 60, and arrived 2 weeks after I placed the order, so after I needed them by. There was no communication that they would arrive so late, despite the website stating they would arrive in 3-5 days (made to order included in this timeframe!). I phoned to get a returns label and spoke to the owner, a very rude woman who was quite obviously displeased that I was unhappy with the service and refused to offer any form of resolution for my troubles. 60 is not an insignificant sum of money, so at the very least I would expect some form of communication that they would arrive so late (or at least some form of response to my attempts to get in touch), and at least some cooperation or offer to help resolve my dissatisfaction. Really disappointed with the service, and urge anyone considering making a purchase from here to go elsewhere, where I'm sure you'll find better quality service and products; who would at the very least go out of their way to ensure their customers are satisfied whether they want to return their products or not.
