We used Essan K Planning to produce drawings and submit the planning application for our loft conversion. Our initial plans were relatively ambitious and required revising before our application was approved. Throughout the process Scott provided valuable guidance and was responsive and easy to deal with. Were very pleased with the design, which makes the most of the available space and has a lot of natural light. Overall were very happy with the service we received.

Scott and the EK Planning team recently assisted us by drawing up some plans for a loft conversion and submitted them in for planning. We are very happy with the service given and very clear advice we received. Scott helped us weigh up a few options available to us and this enabled us to best utilise the space in our loft in the most effective way possible. The whole process from survey, drawing up the plans and submitting them to the local council has been very slick process due to the professional service given.
