        Stayed here recently whilst traversing Hadrian's Wall, of all the places I booked this was definitely the one that stood out; sizeable room, comfortable bed, wide range of tea and coffee available. I stayed at the front and had outstanding views, after staying in Carlisle it was a pleasure to be woken gradually by the sound of bird song. Couldn't stay for breakfast as the weather was closing in and I had to dash out early to stay ahead of it - luckily I saw her before leaving so I could let her know and she was more than happy to load me up with stuff to take enroute. Would certainly come back here.
