Cambridge CityMoves

I recently moved our from Cambridge using Cambridge City Moves. Totally disgusted the service offered by them. The man/owner "Tom" came very late to pack and pick up. Totally unprofessional. He even did not bring packing materials and did not do any packing. I have to pack all items myself. After moving items, most of the items were damaged. He charges all money upfront so that any damages incurred due to moving fault from his side can't accessed. He charged more than what was stated. Basically he is a cheater. Don't use Cambridge City Moves. I suggest find some better professional removals who maintain proper paper work + insurance and offer money back if the goods have been damaged due to their negligence. Service: Interstate moving

Tom stole our money from us. He is in extreme debt so got us to pay upfront and then stole all our money from us. He got us to pay money into his wifes account, and now we have no way to get it back. Stay clear. Dont listen to sob stories about his ill child it is all lies. We lost over 1000. He is a liar and a cheat!

Tom and his team were brilliant. Friendly, professional and really went the extra mile for us whilst also being great value- made our move as smooth and stress free as possible. Couldn't recommend more
