        The rudest and most obnoxious owner I have ever seen in my life! We were looking for a placement and found it at Hatley Court. The manager is lovely but the owner micromanages over the phone, shouts at staff and customers alike and clearly is only focused on money, rather than the residents. Manager seemed embarrassed and scared of the owners horrible behaviour. I found the whole conversation tiring and unprofessional and it made me worry about the environment in which these vulnerable adults are cared for. I hang up on the owner while he was shouting at me. I can't shake the feeling that if this is the way the owner behaves, the residents aren't safe in his care.

        My Father has only been in the home for 48 hours but already the change in him is remarkable. He's relaxed , not scared anymore. He's smiling again and I can't thank the lovely staff enough. X
