Unfortunately you have to give at least one star to leave a review. I purchased a Migatornic tig machine, and after 6 months the end of the torch came disjointed from rest of the body. I sent a email to the first member of staff of the Cambridge branch to have a brief few emails other serval days, after a few days I chased them up on the phone and they weren't in the office, so I kept trying for a couple of weeks, to then be told he was now on long term illness. So the branch manger took over and after serval emails and being told I could collect a new torch from branch, of which is over hour from my home, I asked if it could be delivered, all then feel silent, after a few more weeks of chasing, I was told he was also now on long term illness leave. The only relief is i'd fortunately not visited the branch, as god only knows what you can catch there! So then another bloke took over, and things looked promising, and I thought we where going places, once again I was mistaken, I was then palmed over to another branch, where last Friday (4 months later) I finally had a answer, of which was as useful as a chocolate fire guard. would strongly recommend going anywhere else.

unfortunately I had to give a minimum of 1 star to write a review , on line order system a total waste of time next day del up to 3 working days a joke current order been waiting 11 days (Andrew cook ) branch manager fails to reply to emails , will not recommend the online order system to any body who wants to receive their goods on time , 3 other people I know of have now gone elsewhere , sorry but if you cannot support your welders we can only give these types of reviews
