We are Training Academy at Harley street . T4 medical sent some threads as a Samples to try how works . We ordered Cogs threads , just in case to re tried, and after few times tried we understand , all threads produced didnt work, . We contact them to send back . I sent few videos proof to show them the treads are not good quality. In the main time they insisted , pushed our company to pay for very bad products which never worked , and 4T medical sent to us Bailiff to take money from us with pressure ! Never seen this experience in our practice so bad and rough Team .

Have had a couple of experiences with their worker Ben. Really unhelpful with an awful attitude towards clients . Gave me the wrong information regarding dermaplane which could have been disastrous had I listened. Cannot recommend and will be going elsewhere
