Anna McArthur Garden Design

We live in a terraced house in central Cambridge with a long, quite narrow garden. The garden was extremely 'basic' before Anna redesigned it for us - a patio, a lawn, a border and an old outbuilding. Anna worked with us to establish what we wanted - something low-maintenance (we aren't keen gardeners!), somewhere that would have nice places to sit, and somewhere that would afford shade at different times of the day. We are absolutely delighted with the result. Our garden is transformed. The planting is interesting, there are three lovely seating areas, which means that we can have sun or shade at different times of the day, and and we now have a bespoke, purpose build shed and covered bike-parking area. Anna was a pleasure to work with. She listened carefully to make sure that she understood what we were looking for, produced great plans, was responsive when we made suggestions on the initial design, and oversaw the landscaping and planting very effectively. The whole process went very smoothy indeed, and we absolutely love our new garden. Thank you Anna!
