Bought a course for the sunbeds. Been in 3 times since to use them and each time there are no staff at reception just and number to call to get hold of them. Called the number and the phone is at reception ringing with no-one there to answer it. What brilliant staff and customer service

Really bad management and poor admin. Takes WEEKS TO CANCLE the membership. Stay away. The membership is handled by a company called Ashbourne. They have no phone number for the members only takes email from the members which takes at least 24 hours to reply. It took me 1 month to cancel the membership. The gyms admin was so bad too. They had both my name and email wrong which made it impossible for me to find my membership number to cancel the membership. =====Reply to the owner's response===== How can you find my membership when you do not even have correct details? Took me a year and 4 requests (via phone call and in person) to fix my name and both mine and my partner's email addresses which never got fixed till the date we cancelled our membership (I would know, because it took Ashbourne forever to find our details due to your admin mistakes!). Since our memberships are cancelled through Ashbourne, it should not be showing up on your system at all. Your reply just shows how unmangable your admin system is. Also as a final point, you should not be holding our details at all as per GDPR, it is ILLEGAL. So, please do delete them if you could really find our data still there ;)
