        I found Mr Gilzean to be very helpful to me. My name is Harpur although I am using someone else's account to write this review. I rang him expecting that he might visit me to sort out my problem. Instead he gave me the benefit of his expert advice by talking me through the problem which I then was able to resolve myself. Not only that, Mr Gilzean rang me back as he promised he would do. I was so happy to have my problem resolved. Mr Gilzean could have made a visit and charged me a call out fee but instead he gave me useful, free, advice. Thank you very much indeed. Hazel Harpur
