Sam in technical support has been incredibly helpful to me over the years and is very experienced in what he does and is a true credit to Arcam. He was particularly helpful again today with an issue regarding my television and hdcp 2.2 compatibility which turned out to be an HDMI issue at the Samsung TV end and not the amplifier. Big thanks to the guys at arcam and very grateful for the help as always ! Thanks ..

This might be a great company with fantastic products but they associate with absolutely appalling app makers, apps that don't work and have no technical support, making the Arcam product useless.

Bought sa30 amplifier some time ago. Nothing but trouble. Impenetrable user interface now rendered utterly useless. Just get message 'net updating ' and that is all it does. For hours. On the upside their customer support is good and after 2 days negotiating with the firmware it is up and running again. But remember with streaming and software driven equipment generally you are at the mercy if the manufacturer and any intermediary companies they use. If any of these businesses fail your equipment can be rendered useless.

Thank you to the ARCAM engineers for the excellent amplifiers. Excellent deep sound. The deep bass is created by 1.5 kilowatt transformers. All Japanese companies have been left behind. Guys, increase the transformers by 2 kilowatts. This will increase the quality and details of sound transmission. It is enough to make amplifiers that weigh 9 kg. Strong modern amplifiers cannot be less than 25 kg.ARCAM Fans are asking you to increase the weight of the entire amplifier . Is not important that the price doubles. ARCAM is worth the money.
