        Fitted two units in late 2014, which were not used until late Spring 2015. Within a couple of months both condensate pumps failed. Fisher did replace these after chasing. They were only used for a further two months max and when they were switched on when the weather warmed up this year both pumps failed within a day of each other. Fisher eventually came out informed me the pumps were unreliable and peristaltic pumps should have been fitted. I said well it was Fisher who specified the pumps not me. Fisher then invoiced me 60 for the privilege of their advice and have refused to replace the pumps or even answer my letter of complaint.
