Cannot fault the service we received. Our softner didnt seem to be working properly as salt not going down. I completed an online contact form and got a call the same day and engineer came out in a couple of days. Best surprise was it was still under parts warranty as they have a 10 year warranty! Very happy as now working perfectly. Thank you again.

Amazing/ Knowledgable Family Run Business with a Great Team !! From start right till the end, it was very professional and welcoming experience altogether. Our first appointment with Sarah was organised very prompty. She knows what she is talking about and therefore it reflects in their service too. We were given full and complete knowlege of all the products with its respective uses and suggestions which would work the best for our household. Sarah was the only person who suggested an easier and out of the way; installation place without having to compromise on my kitchen cupboard space or having the unit outside. We were very impressed with that as it made it so much easier and stressfree for us. Once we finalised on the product, the process was very swift with a phonecall to book a day for the installation. The installation team is very professional and they did a great job in a timely manner. Its a wonderful team and we would high recommend them. I love it, since they are family run, giving you a very personalised sense of service.
