I would like to thank PJK Associates for the excellent service they have provided throughout the process of our re- mortgage. Matthew Honeywood has been amazing and very supportive in all the process from the beginning until the completion. He was very patient and detailed in explaining all the steps that we need to do , from the documents etc. He gave us all the options and made it more simple for us to understand , decide and smooth the process. PJK Associates are very professional and transparent. I highly recommend their services and I will definitely use them again in our next re- mortgage. I just wanted to say what a wonderful chap Matthew Honeywood is. Hes been very patient with me, explaining things in layman's terms when I don't understand (which is quite frequent!). His communication is great, and he is always very prompt to respond to emails. In short, Matthew is fab! Ive set up a date to speak to him in 5 years time when our fixed rate comes to an end! I have no hesitation in recommending PJK Associates having used them many times over the years and have found them to be trustworthy and professional throughout.

I was a first time buyer and Matthew Honeywood was constantly on hand to deal with my queries as and when they arose. He provided great advice on areas like affordability, interest rates and the housing market in general and even provided some help with the key things to look out for when choosing solicitors and surveyors.
