Do NOT deserve one star. Get broker fees from you upfront, in NO documentation or correspondence do they state that this fee is non-refundable. Upon confirming receipt of broker fee payment they THEN state it's non-refundable and then do no even help me at all. I asked for a refund and made a formal complaint and they then told me there was a 14 day refund policy which I did not adhere to? Took them around 3 months to come to this conclusion. I will be taking it further, disgusting conduct. Disgusting.

The process was smooth fast and l had an excellent service. Zara has been brilliant and has been a massive help, she was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Would thoroughly recommend Dynamo.

Joshua Chan Marshall and Zara Ahmed are a fantastic team, who have moved mountains to help us get a mortgage not once but twice! The properties we wanted were both a bit of a stretch for the situation we had but they found us a commercial mortgage or the first one that we got our mortgage offer for and sadly it couldnt go forward for contractual reasons. So when we then found our dream property following that disappointment Josh pulled a residential mortgage out of the hat for us and with Zaras assistance packaging and helping us find the right things we have just received our second mortgage offer and hope to move in soon. The process at times, because we wanted it so much seemed to take ages, but things just take as long as they take for a lender to have what they need. But these 2 wonderful human beings put up with my wobbles and panics and calmly guided us through what was needed. I cant thank them enough and would recommend them highly to anyone. Roll on moving day thanks to our Dynamo team!

Dynamo helped me get a mortgage, as a first time buyer on a part time wage and also trying to do a buy to let all other mortgage companies had turned me down. I had given up hope of getting on the property ladder. I highly recommend using Dynamo if you have more complex needs. Rhys worked with me guiding me through every step of the way. He was so helpful and friendly. I was unfortunate enough to be going through the application process whilst many mortgage offers were being pulled I was lucky to get my mortgage but during such a stressful time Rhys and Evie were very supportive . I was kept well informed of the progress of my application and they were always just a phone call or email away to help me if I had questions. Thank you for being amazing!
