        Very sorry to have to post this. Frequently late or tutor no show, technology often glitches. Been an explore learning customers for over 5 years, was initially very happy and really appreciated the extra educational support during the pandemic but really going downhill. No refund or compensation for late sessions (often 15-20min out of the hour). Very disappointing service.
