In Bulgaria works with a very limited number of Samsung smart device, it is practically unusable!!!

Dont waste your money, the product is inherently inaccurate when compared to other CGMs such as Freestyle Libre when checked against finger pricking as the control. This was two units two low consistently. Whilst it in principal having a proactive monitor sounds like the solution to end all Type 1s problems in reality it isnt anywhere near the solution and also its not as neat as other CGMs either. Shame, also Dexcom showed little interest when I told them at the end of the test directly. Update 10/9/21 - retested and much more accurate now and working well with Apple Watch and seems much more accurate than first version.

The alert system of the dexcom was very useful during winter sports I found, when you are active it helps you staying aware of glucose levels. However, I found very often it would malfunction and not work for half an hour at a time, several times a day so quite a few hours went without being able to use it. I also, found the sensor adhesive not to be very strong and therefore my first sensor was wasted due to the tricky application of the sensor. The poor adhesive also made it hard to keep it on without needing to buy extra waterproof patches to help keep it on. Due to my experience I cant fully recommend the Dexcom system and prefer the Freestyle Libre system.

person i spoke to was arrogant and couldn't care less about the issue I raised as I suspect they're very busy these days - abbotts freestyle libre much cheaper and less intrusive - got 2 useless dexcom sensors now with no transmitter - back to the libre
