I used Herrington and Carmichael for the sale of my property. Toby initially looked after me and was helpful and delightful. Caroline oversaw my sale with great professionalism; all emails and phone calls were dealt with in a timely fashion. I thought that the fees were reasonable too. I would highly recommend Caroline and would certainly use her services again.

Arranged an appointment to get a statutory declaration witnessed. I was given an appointment at 11.00 and told it would be 6. I arrived just beforehand and then waited until almost 11.10. I was then told it was 10 and that I had to pay cash. I explained I didnt have cash and it was then suggested I go to the cash point at Sainsbury, no alternative was offered. I offered to pay By card, a bank transfer and so on. So off to sainsbury cash point I went!! What a way to treat a prospective client. I run a business in Camberley with over 100 staff - I wont be going back to Herrington C.

For conveyancing, Herrington Carmichael are a safe pair of hands. There will always be issues, when moving house, but they kept us informed and dealt with problems as they arose. Special thanks to Toby Glass and Caroline Hilson.
