        This is the second time that we have used Preservation Treatments and on both occasions we have been totally satisfied with the entire approach from consultation, through scheduling of work, timekeeping, tidiness, courtesy, quality of work and value for money.         Fantastic service. We had a property survey which highlighted some damp issues. We booked another damp surveyor who visited and gave very big but vague estimates about the work that might need doing. They were also unresponsive to calls and emails. To get a second opinion, we went to preservation treatments- the service could not have been better. They gave an honest recommendation about the work needed (or not) and were reliable and quick to respond. Great, honest service.
