Dan cleaned 8 rugs for us - various geographic origins (Mexico, Turkey, Afghanistan, Pakistan). They've come back beautifully refreshed with colours restored to vibrancy. Dan is very knowledgeable on different rug types - from weaves to meanings of motifs on the rugs. We initially contact the company by email and provided photos of our rug which hadnt been cleaned in about 10 years. Dan responded very quickly with an explanation of his cleaning process and a quote. We decided to drop the rug off at The Oriental Rug Spa as we wanted to be sure our treasured rug was in safe hands. Dan was very knowledgeable and explained how the cleaning process would improve the appearance of the rug.
