Eden Vauxhall Camberley

Brought a car from Eden vauxhall through finance, had signed finance agreement and left a happy customer. Few weeks later informed finance never went through and would have to return the car. Have spent a lot of money on new insurance, cancelling old insurance, travel to collect the car. Was blamed on a communication error between employees. Avoid this place-

Had a great experience purchasing a newer car than my previous one. I went to Eden Camberley and was met with Neil Bond. I told Neil exactly what I was looking for and Neil listened so well to what I was after, as compared to other car dealerships. Neil actually came up with alternative and innovative suggestions, which I hadnt even considered. This in retrospect became more evident and beneficial, to what I originally had previously imagined. Neil was extremely patient with me and with 2 hours I came back and placed a deposit on the car. Neil was extremely professional and calm and exceeded the expectations given to me. Neil is definitely a great asset to Eden Vauxhall. Im sure many other customers have heaped praise, on how Neil deals with selling cars and products relating to Eden Vauxhall. Amber Jackson was also very helpful from the customer fulfilment team to so also praise should go to here to.

Just picked up my new Astra from Eden Vauxhall in Camberley and couldn't be happier about it, exactly what I wanted and never felt pressured to go bigger or better. Josh Cameron was amazing throughout the whole process and kept me updated with regular check-ins so I never felt forgotten. Through the buying process I never felt that any question I asked him was silly or stupid as I am not a "car person" in terms of mechanical.. I must admit I am very much looks good, drives good and all about tech. Eleanor the sales controller was also very helpful when it came to finalising my car payment as my financial situation for the deposit had changed from initially placing the order a few months prior to present. But she was very patience and happy to look at all avenues for me in detail. Overall been a good experience and would highly recommend the New Astra!

Firstly, I'd like to say that the overall experience at Eden Camberley was excellent. The staff Neil Bond was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked into the dealership to the moment I drove away in my new car. The sales process was seamless, and the sales representative Neil Bond took the time to answer all of my questions about the car, its features, and the financing options available to me. They were not pushy or aggressive, and I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me find the car that was right for me. I was impressed with the range of electric vehicles available at the dealership, and I found the Vauxhall e-Corsa to be the perfect car for my needs. It has a great range and is incredibly smooth and quiet to drive. I'm also impressed with the level of technology and safety features included in the car. Overall, I would highly recommend Eden Camberley to anyone looking to purchase an electric vehicle. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and the buying process was seamless. I'm incredibly happy with my Vauxhall e-Corsa, and I know that I made the right decision in choosing Eden Camberley as my dealership
