Called this company after we couldnt find a cab more local to us, they agreed to do the journey for 40 (it was a 7min car ride) but we didnt have a choice and agreed to pay it. The lady on the phone was pretty rude and helpful. Called the night of the event to see if we could get picked up earlier and he said he was in the middle of a pool match, super professional! The cab stinks inside too.

At 9.00 this morning in Watchet High St. A silver Volkswagen taxi ( GM65 RYT ) reversed into me. ( I was stationary and sat in the vehicle ) When I got out and asked him to stop and get out he drove off. After driving and searching for him, I found him and asked him to pull over, again he drove off. I followed him until he stopped. When confronted on why he refused to stop after hitting me , his response was I only touched you. When I said you had driven away from the scene and I was going to call the police his response was to do what I wanted as he didnt care. Damage to my vehicle is minimal, but the fact he refused to stop and was so flippant when eventually stopped tells me this man has the moral compass of a slug. I love to support local businesses but this man has prompted me to post this. Having seen the way he drives and conducts himself I would never use him and I strongly recommend that you all use a different taxi service.
