Much praise for Keith and his wonderful hospitality at the Georgian House. The welcome you receive from Keith and Sharon compliments the amazing friendliness of the village, and the eclectic mix of furnishings and artefacts in the dining room intrigue and delight in equal measure. The blue room was adequate, the bed comfortable tho a little small. My only comment would be that the shower toiletries could be improved. Small matter, the hospitality and the breakfast served by Sharon just fantastic. Praise to the kitchen team. We shall be back, and hopefully bag the much talked about Red Room. Watchet just delights in every way and is perfect for a weekend jaunt. The pubs are memorable, combining great hospitality with local Somerset brews. The bar staff in the pubs and restaurants appear genuinely interested in their day tripper/weekender customers, which for me, is the memory I take away. A 'must' is the Radio Museum on Anchor Street; absolutely remarkable. Maximum points for the Georgian House and Watchet. Regards, David and Kathy

Original and charming B&B run by the very hospitable Keith and his friendly staff. Each room is individual and the whole house is decorated with interesting paintings and antiques. Excellent and ample breakfast with yoghurt and any combo of cooked items from full english to poached eggs. If anything could be improved, I would suggest a proper coffee. One of our party had the big room overlooking the garden and it was very nice for us all to meet there and relax with an afternoon cuppa. Watchet is well worth a visit - the harbour, East Quay arts centre, the steam railway and a few individual shops. There are plenty of good walks close by.
