Four pints in a decided to pull over and get something to eat to line my stomach
I stumbled past a Row of houses take me home country road was echoing through the cobbled streets , the mist rising off the drain covers......I looked away from the tv from my vantage point in someones front garden and continued on my way toward the lights of the town centre
There was only one shop open .....a quick wee outside and I was hungry as a horse
I entered the building with great anticipation of what could be on offer .....I wasnt disappointed...croissants,chopsticks and dove deodorant were all on offer !!!
I loaded my rucksack and ran out of the store as quick as my legs would carry me
I made it to the memorial ground where I bumped into a cracking group of lads , we drank cinzano and traded clipper lighters and I was on my merry way
I got back in the car and managed to drive 60 miles back home
Result.
