        Do not buy a voucher for a course. They sell more places than they have available and therefore do not allow you to redeem your voucher nor do they refund you. Utter scam.

        Highly recommend the game butchery course - I learned lots, my knife skills improved and lunch was delicious! Richard and Dean were patient teachers very open to sharing their extensive experience. Hubby and I came home with some incredible meat and a new found confidence with preparing game.

        Attended the one day pork course. Absolutely brilliant!! Richard was excellent, his knowledge is obviously huge and his willingness to share his knowledge in an amusing but thorough way made for a fantastic day! Ill definitely be going back at some point!

        I couldn't recommend the full day's pork butchery course highly enough. I didn't really know what to expect but Richard was a fantastic (and amusing) teacher / guide throughout. A fully interactive experience with a delicious breakfast and an even better lunch. Came away with enough cuts of meat to see us through the winter. Will definitely do another one.
