Absolutely awful customer service, basically non existent!! I called the landline to request a quote, I was directed to a mobile phone, apparently, which was answered by what I thought was a moody teenager. It turned out to be the head mechanic. He stated he was not interested in helping me as he wasnt going to be back into work until next week. I was surprised by his complete lack of interest, and so asked if I would be able to speak to one of his colleagues. His response was to contact the Land Rover dealership. I mentioned I was searching for an alternative specialist garage to save a bit of cash, the moody teenager, sorry head mechanic, replied by saying Elliott Engineering charges the same as Harwoods, which in my mind defeats the purpose of the specialist garage. When I acknowledged his response, he hung up the phone. Absolutely dreadful experience!! Needless to say, Elliott Engineering has just lost a customer who requires several jobs to be conducted, and hence they have just missed out on acquiring a load of money. Idiots.

Phone up for a quote, was very rude and arrogant. Would defo not recommend nor call them a specialist
