It's such a lovely well thought out hospital with all the facilities you would need to care for seriously ill COVID patients. The staff were all very nice and very helpful and it was well organised.

I got my 1st jab on the 27 of April although I was not looking forward to getting my 1st jab, but being a key worker all the way through the pandemic. Working for Warburtons (which is a job I do enjoy) I also did a covid cleaning job there for a few months. It was a job which was a massive responsibility. Because if for example I missed cleaning a door handle or the arm of a chair. Somebody could touch that and potentially get sick. Also living with vulnerable parents. I knew just how important the jab was. People at the vaccine centre were severely lacking in people skills. Until I met a woman who asked me some health questions who was just lovely. Although I do not envy the people who are working at the vaccine centre as they have a very tough job they have to deal with all kinds of people and personalities it must be very difficult. Just an update. I got my 2nd jab yesterday (June 30th) a relief that it's done now. My left arm is a bit sore but that is all. Enjoy and take care folks, stay safe let's have no more Covid deaths. (I think we have had enough). Just been for my booster jab today December 18th. I am ok at the minute but I am at work tonight, so I'm a bit worried that I might have some side effects but we'll see. Hopefully not. So I have had both my vaccine jabs and the booster so I'm as safe as can be hopefully.
