Ever heard of a mechanic cutting out heat shields with an angle grinder because they didn't have the correct parts to remove it properly!? After having my car three week's, It came out this garage with more problems than when it went in with.

If there was an option for 0 stars, that's what I'd be giving S & P Motors, or at least the fella I dealt with. Most annoying thing is that the first time I used them they were great. Then this time, I was firstly told that I couldn't leave it with them because they were too busy (which i get if id have asked for it done on the day - I didn't even ask for a date, I said "whenever you can"). I was then asked to move my car, which was unsafe to drive and it had died in the car park. Bloke literally huffed and swore at me for not moving a dead car. Spanner monkeys that have no manners. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

If there was a choice to leave 0, I would. It was the worst garage I have ever dealt with. Broke down, went to this garage, and supposedly fixed the issue a few days later (told me on the phone I had 5/10 minutes to pick the car up otherwise I would have to wait another 3 days) knowing I live 20 minutes away, only to break down the next day when I got the car back. Waited a week without a car. Back to the garage a week later, as they couldn't fit me in, took them a week to fix it again (apparently, it was 2 days after the car was dropped off, but then left in their car park. No communication from them). Then I got my car back for the 2nd time, a few days later, broke down dangerously the motorway with the exaxt same issue. Called to seek advice, and I was yelled at and left with horrific messages. The man from the AA heard the full conversation and was taken back with how rude and aggressive S and P worker was. Unprofessional service, abrupt staff, and a waste of a lot of money. Apparently, the job was done on their part, although my car had broken down three times with the same issue all in just over 3 weeks. No such thing as their warranty as you'll take it back, and return with the same issue three times, then left with horrific messages from them. Use a trusted named garage and look at reviews before you book anything in with a garage! The previous reviews with this garage should have been a warning sign for me.

An efficient, friendly and reasonably priced, no nonsense garage. We came unstuck with a clutch issue, the car was recovered to home. Phil collected the broken car, replaced the part in an afternoon and charged a very reasonable price. We can't recommend them enough. Thanks Fellas.
