        Sylvia is extremely rude and arrogant. Terrible customer service, a regular just came in and said Hi Sylvia, just thought Id pop in as I know yous dont ever answer the phone wow no wonder my partner couldnt get in touch! Useless cant be bothered attitude. They always keep one shutter down so you cant watch them sit around and ignore the phones. AVOID

        Went for antigen tests before our Holiday, can't remember the name of the Pharmacist that did our tests but He was polite and very helpful. Really friendly Staff
