Beautiful campsite with really great modern, clean amenities. Showers are free, and gorgeous and warm. Shop was open from 8am to 7pm when we were there, and sells basic provisions. Site is dog-friendly, must be kept on lead which is fine by us. 5-minute walk to the shore of Wastwater, and a great starting point for walking up the local fells - we did Great Gable. Only negative for us was that the spot we picked had incredibly rocky ground that made it a little tricky to pitch the tent - although pitches are not specified so you can remedy this by just moving to a different spot if needed! Would definitely stay again!
