When hiring the tour they promise you a movie on the bus but in our case nothing, a shame. On both trips (round trip) there was a group of lovely children with super rude teachers, but something exaggerated, they believed that the bus was theirs, so they occupied the interesting seats and tried to command above the rest, even scolding a girl who was with her parents, poor child, a shame. The problem is that there was no one from the company to stop these mob. Tras llamar varias veces y tratar de contactar con ellos, sin conseguir nada, encontramos el bus 5 minutos antes de la salida. (Fuimos una hora antes, menos mal) Los sitios para sentarnos son los que quedan libres, es decir, cada miembro de la familia en un asiento salteado, uno de ellos sin pantalla y otro con la pantalla estropeada. Al contratar el tour te prometen una pelcula en el autobs pero en nuestro caso nada, una pena. En ambos viajes (Ida y vuelta) haba un grupo de nios encantadores con unos profesores sper maleducados, pero una cosa exagerada, que se crean que el autobs era suyo, por lo que ocupaban los asientos interesantes y trataban de mandar por encima del resto, incluso increpando a una nia que iba con sus padres, pobre cra, una vergenza. El problema es que no haba nadie de la compaa para pararles los pies a esa gentuza. La verdad que despus de pagar tanto dinero (bastante) para nosotros ha sido una experiencia muy negativa y no lo recomendara jams.

What a wonderful day to Stonehenge and the Windsor Castle. Our guide Zozo was very knowledgeable and had a quite a sense of humor and we we driven by a very skilled driver Edwarto. We booked thru Golden Tours and would definitely use them again! Thanks for such a memorable day!!!

I am struggling with the rating of this tour. I can assure you I would never use your service again. The bus was fine and our driver was capablenif somewhat surly. Eileen spent most of the trip being insulting to King Charles and Queen Consort Camilla. She was disrespectful to Queen Elizabeth and spent a great deal of time going and coming sharing her anti monarchy beliefs. I don't care what her opinion of the Monarchy is, nor am I remoteluly interested in her opinion. It was stupid and unwarranted. Unprofessional would be the proper word to describe her and her behaviour. It is particularly offensive that she chooses to belittle the foundations of a country that has lead freedom based on a constitutional monarchy. It was bad. Really bad. And it reflects badly on your company.
