Ive been going to Paul for over a year for deep tissue / sports massages and hes been so great helping address the muscle tightness, pains and knots I have! Hes also very helpful in recommending different stretches and movement to alleviate tightness on my own. Definitely recommend. Thanks Paul!

Have had neck and upper back problems for months. Excellent first session with Paul who is very knowledgeable and is working to loosen the knots and soften the tight areas in my back, neck and legs. This is really helping so much so that I am going back for a couple more sessions. Highly recommended!

Paul has a wonderful, professional manner. His has worked on and solved several different muscle issues (shoulder and knee) that I had for a while - I wholeheartedly recommend him.

I had a simply fantastic experience with Paul. He took the time to discuss any problem areas I had and asked about any previous or ongoing injuries that he should take into consideration. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout and thoroughly explained what he was going to do and which areas he was going to focus on. The massage itself was extremely beneficial, he is very good at rooting out the problem areas and giving them just the right amount of attention they need. He most definitely puts the clients needs first and I would thoroughly recommend his services to anyone!
