        Software seems ok. Although some queries where we have are issues are ignored completely.!...That is if you can get through to anyone on phone.. (due to covid they are struggling) however I did suggest they dont furlough staff as demand for their support is high! Still 12 months on and no answer on phones or ticket support!! Are staff still on furlough ????????
