I cannot recommend Greenwich Partners and James enough as a recruitment firm. Throughout my whole interview journey, James was incredibly supportive. Before all my interviews, James would ring me to run through any last minute questions and check I was prepared for the interview. I was also provided with a comprehensive summary of the role, specific interview tips and an opportunity to run through any answers I had prepared. Most other recruiters I had spoken to also weren't willing to put me forward for the roles I wanted to interview for due to my previous experience. However Greenwich Partners found a good variety of roles in the industry I wanted and put me forward for interviews with no hesitation. Communication with Greenwich Partners throughout the whole interview process was faultless - all my interviews were confirmed the day before and outcomes of interviews were also communicated to me promptly.
