        I am writing to express my satisfaction with the services provided by Smarthost. I have been a landlord for many years and have used a number of different property management companies. Smarthost is by far the best company I have ever worked with. The staff at Smarthost are always professional and responsive. They are always available to answer my questions and address my concerns. They are also very proactive in managing my properties. They regularly inspect the properties and make sure that they are in good condition.         They're middlemen (middlepeople) between you and anyone who actually might care about a problem. Like, no hot water. For 3 successive guests, at the same property... Avoid!
