Eccleston Street Post Office

I used the passport checking service. The man was incredibly rude, claimed there was a number of errors, wouldnt listen when I tried to clarify something (said hes been working there for 23 years and didnt need to listen to me). I called HM Passport Office, every single thing that he claimed was incorrect was an error on his part, not only was he rude and condescending he was also incompetent. The worst service Ive ever received.

I came here to buy Euros for my upcoming trip abroad and was assisted by Deepak from start until end. He was simply the loveliest staff ever and was very helpful. He even assisted me with finding the best travel insurance and made sure that I will be covered seeing as I am pregnant. My experience was excellent and I highly recommend this branch.

The guy who work at Eccleston Street Post office was so rude and unprofessional. He asked what Im sending and I replied back a tie for gift and also asked me what value of a tie is and I wrote 210. I dont need his comment or personal impression at all. Too expensive? Its not your business. I have sent some parcel to my friends and he always ask what it is and its value. I stopped to use this post office since then.

Terrible service and attitude, was told I couldn't return a parcel even though it clearly says so, the older guy behind the counter was not even interested in helping me resolve it and continued to talk to a colleague, staff need to be replaced or better trained.
