Terrible service. Waited over 45 minutes for food and then received the wrong order. Instead of addressing any issues the staff attempted to ignore us when we said the wrong order had come. Eventually saw a manager who offered to exchange it. There was no way we were waiting another 45 minutes for food so just ate the incorrect order and left. Next to us multiple tables left without ever receiving their food because of the long wait.

I don't regularly post my review, but for this time I really have to. I bough one chicken and bacon sandwich for lunch - absolutely disgusting. The salad and tomatoes inside were black and the bread far from fresh.. Run away!

I was on holiday and saw this place on groupon so I thought I'd give it a try but I was very displeased when there was literally only butter and cucumber in the cucumber sandwich. I've never see such a sad sandwich and i've had better high tea out of the country. If you are looking for a cheap place to get a coffee and cake its alright. The only good thing was the tea and the server was very polite; even though she never brought the water I asked for. Don't get high tea here unless you like butter and cucumber sandwiches.

Great experience with excellent Vegetarian selection and very friendly staff. Yummy hot scones with cream and jam. Coffee was lovely and had a refill. Thank you for making our afternoon experience perfect.Also took the leftovers as more than enough. Delicious

Had an afternoon tea for two from Groupon. Using a Groupon it came to 21 for two people. Overall a good experience. The staff was attentive and refilled our tea. The scones were good as were the cakes. The sandwiches were not overly impressive but were fresh. Good value it seems, especially for afternoon tea in the Victoria - Buckingham Palace area.
