        I am still being given no answers in relation to contacting embassies in London under the Freedom Of Information Act ! I would like to leave the UK! After having my degree ruined and been given no answers ! This has gone on long enough! All my ideas have appeared on the internet & I feel I am responsible for making someone extremely wealthy and am now on Universal Credit! I will be a success ? At least I have my fitness !

        Security at the entrance to the past office are rude. Wont let you spend 10 minutes inside to fill out your form. Poor customer service! Is this what we pay 150 quid for passport for!? Joke of a government!

        No problems with passport office but TNT is the worst delivery company ever . Failed to deliver,even though I was in all day.Terrible none existent customer service.I have no idea where my passport is now.please HMPO find another company to deliver.

        No toilet in the government building. There are lots of staff around. A few smoking and on their phone outside. I cannot understand why I have to wait for 9 weeks to get my passport back. And have to pay an exorbitant price for fast track after 9 weeks of waiting. Disgusting service. The government system is not working and its a broken system
