Really handy location for Victoria/West End. Reasonable price (for central London)

One of the worst car parks, with the worst customer service. I recommend finding a different one, or even parking on the street. Gates don't work, hard to get in, and very poor customer service (on email and via intercom). The only reason that I gave 2 stars is that it is relatively clean.

I purchased a flexi120 ticket for this car park in December. None of the ANPR system seemed to work and the buzzer at the gate needed to be used to get out most of the time, although I had to sit there and wait for up to 10 minutes some nights as there didn't seem to be anyone on the other end. They messed up the calculation of hours used and the ticket stopped working after 65hrs. Despite the finance team acknowledging their mistake, they refuse to make good on it because they were not contacted at the time, even though it was impossible for me to be aware of the mistakes their system was making. There are some other interesting issues perculiar to the car park but I will save those for another post. ; )
