        We have just exchanged on a property purchased via a limited company using a mortgage provided my Molo and we have been so impressed. At a time when other lenders were refusing to lend and the media was reporting doom and gloom Molo have been excellent and keen to issue an offer for a buy to let mortgage at a competitive rate. It almost seemed to be too good to be true yet having exchanged with completion set for Friday the experience has been brilliant. We are looking forward to recommended Molo and also purchasing a second property. The application process was easy - the website had a glitch once but resolved within a day. The communication was on hand via chat, email or a call. You don't always get this level of effective communication with a high street bank or mainstream lender. You can also deal directly with them. Thanks for everything Molo.
