    Buying a house in Italy was exciting and scary. Property Organiser made the process smooth and easy - I am very grateful for the agent Elisabetta's easy-going and calm attitude and mostly for her intuition to know exactly what I need. Viewing houses with her was fun, it felt like I am with an old friend who cares about me. I want to use the opportunity to thank Gabriella who took care of the after sales matter. She was calm and kind through all the complications due to the fact that there are tenants involved. She was great about communication, and she was very patient. I am a happy new owner who will still need Property Organisers' help down the road but I know I am in good hands! If you wish to own a property in Italy but don't know where, instead of wasting time and dealing with local agents in different parts of the country, let PO organize everything for you.

    Ilaria is absolutely wonderful. We looked at places in Sicily (multiple trips) in which she drove for hours to meet us and assist, and unfortunately ended up not finding something (yet). She's been incredibly patient and helpful despite the lack of purchase. Definitely recommend

    Fantastic service - friendly and professional We were not sure how to start looking for a property and arranging viewings. So we looked up some properties we liked and tried to contact the sellers. That was rather problematic as the houses were often already sold or we never heard anything back. As we knew that the purchase of a property in Italy can be notoriously difficult, we were looking for an agency to support us. Thank god we found Property Organiser. They helped us all the way through. First, we gave Ilaria, our local contact, all the detail like, size, location and price and some basic information about us. We also gave her a list of properties we found online. She made enquiries and we could finally boiled the list down to the really interesting offers. Then we visited the houses with Ilaria on our side. As most sellers didnt speak English, Ilaria was invaluable as she was translator, driver, advisor, negotiator and local guide. We finally found the house we loved and started the process of purchase. Property Organiser helped us with the preliminary contract, legal documents, translations and the final contract. Ilaria was even there for the signing. Finally, we were proud owners of a beautiful house in Sicily. We decided to take the after-sale package as well which proved to be a very smart idea. We were handed over to the efficient and lovely people in Property Organisers London offices who helped us all the way through. The complicated Italian administrative system (i.e. changing the utility contracts, property tax, residence documentation etc) would probably have driven us mad. True, we found some very helpful local people and expats who made the whole process of taking over the property easier but without Property Organisers support, we would probably have paid thousands of Euros more than necessary and spent months arranging our administrative things in Italy. Now, 6 months after the purchase, we are proud house owners, have all the utilities sorted, got an Italian ID, a car and have now started enjoying our lovely new home. Thanks and a big kiss to Ilaria, Gabriella, Stefania, Mara and all the people at Property Organiser for your great work. Jorn
