        I could not drop my luggage off because no one was there, no one answered the door at the hotel/pub where I booked my dropoff. But the fee is paid in advance so you could say I really got scammed. And furthermore I got an email yesterday saying my luggage has been successfully picked up. Which luggage?!? The one I never got to drop off but paid for??? And of course no answer from the customer service and no refund. This is a scam!
