Holiday Inn Express Warwick - Stratford-Upon-Avon, an IHG Hotel

Stayed for 2 nights in 118. Staff were friendly and attentive. Excellent location with quiet, clean rooms and relaxing bar area. My 8 year old daughter returned from a day out at Warwick Castle to find the cleaners had tucked up her teddy bears into bed - a nice touch, it made her day. Thanks to all the staff on front desk for making us feel so welcome. PS: we probably owe you about 3 packets of foxes glacier mints, sorry!

I stayed at this hotel in February and they operate an ANPR parking system through 'ParkMaven'. Despite being advised by reception they would input my registration details into the system, this clearly didn't happen as two months later a parking fine was received in the mail for this overnight stay. I now had to take the time to find the invoice and launch an appeal against this fine. Despite being a weekly traveller to Warwick for work, I will never stay at this Holiday Inn again. Why they feel the need for an ANPR system here is crazy and clearly the reception staff will not ensure your car is registered.
