I booked my daughter a lesson here a while ago after moving and her not being able to ride for a year, considering we paid a good 65 i expect to be treated with respect and simply kindness. We made sure to tell the riding school that she hadn't ridden for a while and will be a bit rusty. First thing janet did was complain and tell her she wasn't a good enough rider, my daughter immediately felt out of her comfort zone and completely disrespected...completely knocked her confidence. She also said my daughter wasn't as good as she said she was. After paying 65 and having janet tell her she wasn't a good enough rider she was left on her own in the school to walk and trot but felt too uncomfortable to even do this on her own accord. She wanted to end the lesson as soon as she could. Never met a ruder person than Janet. The experience was bad on it's own yet alone having only a 30 minute lesson after paying for an hour. 65 to be talked and treated like that.
