McDonald's

It's a McDonald's as you expect, it was extremely busy but service was overall quite good they just took a bit too long preparing my apple pie but no worries as they apologized for the delay and it's understandable because of how busy it was. Staff were friendly and the food was up to McDonald's level standards much better than the KFC next door where food tastes like reheated chicken bones

These people took my order and told me to pay by card. After the money was deducted they told me that they won't accept my payment because it is a credit card and apparently they are only competent enough to handle debit cards . They did not refund my money nor did they serve me nor did they offer any assurance of action . The onus was put on me to talk to the bank for a refund . When we eat abroad,I have blind faith in mc Donalds as far as service is concernt. No where in the whole of UK have I seen such shoddy customer service. I hope some action is seen
