    We are disappointed to have to write this review, but have tried to take up the issue with Susie herself and after having emailed her over a month ago, we still have had no response and it appears the email has been ignored. We wouldnt complain unless it was necessary and we are writing this in hopes that no one else will be put in a rubbish position, especially on their wedding day. So, we were meant to get married before Covid but unfortunately had to cancel and so our first choice florist had to be changed and our second choice too. We came across Susies website and thought they looked nice and as she was near our wedding venue it seemed perfect. When trying to contact her, she told us that, as our wedding was in September she didnt need to speak to us until August. At the beginning of September we still hadnt heard from Susie so I emailed her and she told me she didnt need to speak to me until nearer the wedding day, although I emailed her 14 days before. The day before the wedding we called Susie but she would not speak to the groom because he didnt know what he was talking about when it came to the wedding flowers. Once we had organised the flowers, I asked Susie for an extra button hole and paid 10.00 for this, but on the day we were one short which meant my mum didnt have one when she walked me down the aisle. We asked if Susie could drop the bridal flowers at the hotel and the other flowers at the church, only a five minute drive away and she was very rude about this and reluctantly agreed but only after we practically begged. We gave the full postcode and address but on the day, she dropped the flowers at the wrong hotel without checking and just left them there. This meant that the bride had to travel to the wrong hotel on the way to the church, meaning the wedding ceremony was half an hour late and subsequently the reception cocktail hour was unable to happen and the day was very rushed. We just wanted an apology from Susie and for her to see her mistakes but she has ignored our email and we just find it so rude and disrespectful. This is a day we will remember forever and because of her poor planning, it started off as the most stressful and upsetting time
