Had a really hard time getting the first payment to work, had some back and forth for a few hours and then spoke to Fredrick who fixed it for me when I was getting quite grumpy and fed up of trying to send money unsuccessfully, he was very patient with me being fed up and impatient so I really appreciate that as I was about to give up after several calls to the bank and dentist. Now it's all working fine like it should and he sorted it for me

Terrible service. They dont know how to behave professionally, giving false information and then not willing to help out when required. They just pass the message on, say they will get back to you and then dont. They want you to pay for 2 instalments in one month when you change the payment date when it should be starting from the next month. Ridiculous service, poor communication. Theyre just built around getting money in as fast as possible and no good customer service - Xavier was terrible, only interested in not helping. Do not recommend.
