Meh, it's alright I suppose I asked for a zinger burger and got a regular chicken burger which was disappointing. The food is as you expect from KFC although I remember it tasting a lot nicer in other branches this one is like reheated KFC instead of cooked fresh. Service was slow with only one person manning the till for such a big train station KFC, the McDonald's next door was packed and I can see why they were much more efficient and the food had McDonald's level quality as expected this kfc was sub par at best. Also I know inflation has hit hard but when did a burger cost 5.30 ridiculous price for fast food

I was given really bad customer service by DANNY! He kept arguing with me just because I wanted to be given my food not at the collection point because there were a lot of people there. I paid 12 for my food and it cost nothing to just hand a customer their food.

Absolutely awful. Most of the menu was not available. No condiments no serviettes and an abrupt manager trying to sell condiments rather than the usually freely available. Think this was my worst ever experience of my life while eating out. Totally unsatisfactory and made worse as i complained directly to KFC and although they replied promptly would not even pay for the money i wasted on this shocking experience. KFC has certainly deteriorated......
